Unetwork Club is a licence portal operated by DUNE WIRELESS PRIVATE LTD., a Singapore company (UEN 202519458C). This policy covers this website and our licence and setup support only. It does not cover the Unetwork app or its tasks.
What the portal handles
When you request a licence, we handle the email address you enter, basic request details such as country or referral source, and basic website information such as your IP address, browser, device and cookie data.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords to issue a licence code.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide and email licence codes, give setup support, keep the portal secure, prevent misuse, understand how the website and our advertising perform, and meet legal requirements.
Who helps us provide the portal
We use trusted providers for licence delivery, hosting, email, security, analytics and advertising. They only receive the information needed for their service. Some providers may process information outside Singapore under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep information only while it is needed to provide the portal, support licence requests, prevent misuse or meet legal requirements. We then delete or anonymise it where reasonably possible.
Your choices
